Prudential Tower (Prudential Center)

Completed in 1964, the Prudential Tower rises 749 feet with 52 floors and was Boston's tallest building until the John Hancock Tower was completed in 1976. It is the centerpiece of the Prudential Center complex, which includes retail, office space, and connections to surrounding buildings. The tower's observation level historically provided panoramic views of the city and remains a well-known landmark in the Back Bay.
