Oriental Lodge No. 500

Oriental Lodge No. 500, now known as Prince Hall Masonic Temple, is a historic building in Indianapolis, Indiana, completed in 1916. Designed by Rubush & Hunter, this four-story structure features a steel frame and reinforced concrete with a brick exterior, adorned with terra cotta elements inspired by Islamic architecture from the Middle East, North Africa, and Spain. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in architectural history and cultural influences.
