Learned Homestead

The Learned Homestead, built around 1790, is a historic farmstead located in Dublin, New Hampshire. This well-preserved example of an early farmstead is notable for its association with the prominent Learned family and the summer estate movement of the early 20th century. The property features a charming 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame house with a gabled roof, a five-bay front facade, and a large central chimney, complemented by a 19th-century barn. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, the homestead offers visitors a glimpse into the region's rich history and architectural heritage.
