Torre KOI

Torre KOI is a striking 64-story mixed-use skyscraper located in the Valle Oriente district of Monterrey, standing at 279.5 meters (917 feet), making it the second tallest completed building in Mexico. Designed by VFO Arquitectos, it is the centerpiece of the VAO complex, which includes additional residential and office buildings. The construction of its massive foundation involved the largest concrete casting in Mexico's history, utilizing 8,000 cubic meters of concrete and requiring 1,200 trucks over 48 hours. The tower features 39,000 square meters of office space, 218 apartments, and luxurious penthouses, along with amenities such as an infinity pool and a bar on the 22nd floor. The project is LEED BD+C Silver certified, highlighting its commitment to sustainability.
