Commercial Hotel, Albury

The Commercial Hotel, located at 430–436 Smollett Street in Albury, New South Wales, is a heritage-listed site recognized for its historical significance as the oldest surviving public hotel in the area, with origins dating back to around 1844 or 1854. The hotel features notable architectural elements, including an 1880s two-storey verandah and a 1912 rear accommodation wing. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register in 1999 and has undergone various modifications over the years, including a recent conversion into apartments.
