Perth Trades Hall

The Perth Trades Hall is a historic neo-Georgian building located at 80 Beaufort Street in Perth, Western Australia. Established in 1911 and officially opened in 1912, it has served as a central hub for the Western Australian trade union movement. Originally built for the Trades and Labour Council, the hall has undergone various transformations, including serving as the Delaney Gallery. In 2013, it was repurchased by the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) and restored to its original purpose, making it a significant venue for trade union activities and meetings. The building is recognized as a Heritage Place, reflecting its importance in the history of labor movements in the region.
