Ferry Building Clock Tower

The San Francisco Ferry Building opened in 1898 and its 245-foot clock tower was modeled after the Giralda bell tower in Seville, Spain. The tower and marketplace have served as a major transit and commercial landmark on the Embarcadero for over a century. The Ferry Building houses the long-running Ferry Plaza Farmers Market and numerous artisan food vendors in its historic interior.
