Osmaston Hall

Osmaston Hall, a country house built in 1696 in Derbyshire, England, was originally the home of the Wilmot baronets and later the Fox family, who were connected to Charles Darwin. The estate featured extensive grounds, including a lake and gardens, and served various purposes over the years, including a golf club and a document store for the Midland Railway. The hall was demolished in 1938, and the site is now occupied by an industrial estate, with remnants of the original farmland preserved as Osmaston Park.
