Pueblo Grande Museum and Archaeological Park

Pueblo Grande preserves and interprets a Hohokam archaeological site and platform mound located within what is now central Phoenix. The site includes excavated canals, roomblock remnants, and a ballcourt dating from roughly AD 450–1450. The onsite museum displays artifacts recovered from the site and offers educational programs about the prehistoric Hohokam culture that inhabited the Phoenix Basin.
