Originally built for British Airways, it features a modern design by Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners, consisting of three connected blocks with a total of 200,000 square feet of office space. The building includes facilities such as a restaurant, a Caffe Nero, and a training center, and has been adapted for various uses, including a vaccination center during the COVID-19 pandemic. Notably, it houses Heathrow's Operation Centre, integrating key airport functions. The Compass Centre's striking glass exterior makes it a standout structure amidst the airport's landscape.
