Rodin Museum

The Rodin Museum on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway holds one of the largest collections of Auguste Rodin sculptures outside Paris, assembled by collector Jules E. Mastbaum and opened in 1929. The collection includes casts of The Thinker, The Gates of Hell, and The Kiss. The museum building and its surrounding sculpture garden were designed to display Rodin's work in both indoor and outdoor settings and remain a prominent cultural institution in Philadelphia.
