Delmar Apartments

Delmar Apartments, also known as Chelten Station, is a historic five-story apartment building located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 1902, this Colonial Revival-style building features distinctive architectural elements such as a Wissahickon schist facade, a charming wood porch, and elegant four-story bay windows. Recognized for its historical significance, it was the first large apartment building in the Germantown-Chestnut Hill area and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, making it a noteworthy site for both tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
