Menger Hotel

Opened in 1859, the Menger Hotel is one of the oldest continuously operating hotels in Texas and sits adjacent to the Alamo. The building features mid-19th-century construction with later Victorian-era additions and retains a historically significant hotel bar from the 19th century. Its preserved interior elements and proximity to Alamo Plaza contribute to its importance in San Antonio's historic architecture.
