Cedar Ridge Nature Preserve

Cedar Ridge Nature Preserve is a roughly 600-acre natural area in southwest Dallas with approximately nine miles of maintained hiking trails, native plant communities, seasonal creeks, and scenic overlooks. The preserve is managed in partnership with the City of Dallas and the Cedar Ridge Conservancy and provides trail maps, a visitor center at the main lot, and outdoor recreational programming used regularly by local hikers and birdwatchers. It is documented as one of the larger urban nature preserves in the Dallas area.
