Exploratorium roof and outdoor terraces

The Exploratorium relocated to Pier 15 on the Embarcadero in 2013 and includes outdoor terraces and a roof-level promenade. These elevated, semi-enclosed spaces provide direct views of the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, and the Embarcadero that are not obvious from street level. The terraces combine exhibit space with vantage points over maritime traffic and bridge architecture during public hours.
