9 Drayton Street is a historic building in Savannah, Georgia, dating back to 1853. Located in the Savannah Historic District, it is known as the oldest continuously operated saloon and restaurant in the city, with roots tracing back to an oyster bar established in 1850. The building has a rich history, having served various roles during and after the Civil War, and is linked to the Wanderer slave-ship scandal. Today, it houses The Fitzroy, a popular dining establishment, and was previously home to Churchill's Pub, featured in the film 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil'.
