Bohemian Caverns - historic U Street jazz club

Bohemian Caverns, located on the U Street corridor, became a prominent jazz club in the mid-20th century and was known for hosting major jazz performers and live recordings. The venue operated under the Bohemian Caverns name from the 1950s and was a key site in Washington's postwar jazz scene.
