The Wyndham

The Wyndham is a historic apartment building in Indianapolis, Indiana, built in 1929 in the Tudor Revival style. This seven-story structure features a striking limestone arch entrance and detailed oriel windows. After years of decline, it was purchased by Pearl Companies in 2015, who invested $5.7 million in renovations, transforming the original 48 apartments into 37 larger units while preserving key architectural details. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
