Summers–Longley Building

The Summers–Longley Building, also known as the Grace Building, is a historic double house located in South Bend, Indiana. Constructed in 1910, this two-story Classical Revival structure showcases elegant red brick with limestone trim and features a distinctive recessed central entrance. Originally designed as a double house, it has since been repurposed for commercial use.
