The Beaudry

The Beaudry is a striking residential tower located in downtown Los Angeles, California, within the FIGat7th shopping mall. Developed by Brookfield Properties and designed by Marmol Radziner and LARGE Architecture, this impressive structure stands at 695 feet tall with 64 floors, making it the tallest residential tower in both Los Angeles and California. Completed in 2023, it features 785 apartment units and has transformed a previously vacant lot into a modern living space. The tower is named after Prudent Beaudry, a former mayor of Los Angeles in the 19th century, adding a historical touch to its contemporary design.
