The Salerno Harbor station is a striking maritime terminal located in the heart of Salerno's commercial port, designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Inaugurated in 2016, the station features a unique architectural style likened to an oyster, symbolizing the connection between land and sea. It spans 4,500 m2 and includes facilities for cruise passengers, with plans to accommodate up to 150 large cruise ships annually. The station offers various services such as a porter service, information office, and shuttle services to the city center, making it a vital hub for maritime tourism in the region.
