A&P Superintendent's House

The A&P Superintendent's House, located in the Barelas neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a historic structure built in 1881 for Frank W. Smith, who oversaw the construction of the Atlantic and Pacific Railroad. Made from locally sourced red sandstone, this one-and-a-half-story house features a distinctive intersecting gable roof and a charming open porch adorned with intricately carved wooden details. As the only remaining building linked to the A&P Railroad, it stands as a testament to the region's railroad history.
