Langmaid Building

The Langmaid Building is a historic multiunit residence located in Somerville, Massachusetts, notable for being one of the first brick rowhouses in the area, built in the late 1870s and early 1880s by Samuel Langmaid and his family. Featuring decorative panel brick insets and a distinctive slate mansard roof, this building represents a significant architectural shift from wood-frame to brick construction.
