Hazina Towers

Hazina Towers, also known as Hazina Trading Centre, is an intriguing building under construction in Nairobi, Kenya's bustling capital. Originally planned to be a 39-storey skyscraper, the project faced financial setbacks, leading to an eight-storey completion in 2003. After legal challenges, construction resumed in 2013 with plans to add 31 more stories, but the design was later revised to a 15-storey structure. The building, located in the central business district, is owned by the National Social Security Fund and aims to generate significant rental income, potentially attracting tenants like the Kenyan Parliament. With a total investment of approximately KSh4 billion, Hazina Towers represents a significant development in Nairobi's skyline and economic landscape.
