Mafuta House

Mafuta House, now known as the Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Tower, is one of the tallest buildings in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This impressive structure, owned by the National Social Security Fund, features multi-million dollar retail and commercial spaces. After a five-year construction halt due to funding issues, the building's development resumed in 2004, showcasing the resilience and growth of the city's architectural landscape.
