Mary Dean Three-Decker

The Mary Dean Three-Decker was a historic triple decker house located in Worcester, Massachusetts, built around 1892. Notable for its well-preserved Queen Anne architectural style, it was a rare example of a 'double' triple-decker. The building was situated in the Belmont Hill neighborhood and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It served as a residence for Mary Dean and housed many early Armenian tenants who worked in local industries. Unfortunately, the structure was demolished after 1999, and the site is now a parking lot, marking the loss of a piece of Worcester's architectural heritage.
