The Menger Hotel

The Menger Hotel, opened in 1859 adjacent to the Alamo, is one of Texas's oldest continuously operating hotels and has played a role in San Antonio's hospitality and civic history. The hotel is noted for its historic bar and period architecture, and over time it has hosted numerous notable guests including presidents and military figures.
