Excite Ballpark (Municipal Stadium)

Excite Ballpark, commonly called Municipal Stadium, is a long-standing baseball park that serves as the home of the San Jose Giants, a Class A-Advanced minor league team. The stadium at the east edge of downtown has hosted professional and collegiate baseball and community events for decades. Its grandstand and field configuration reflect the design of mid-20th-century municipal ballparks in the region.
