Fågelvik Manor, located in Valdemarsvik Municipality, Sweden, is a historic manor house with origins dating back to the 1300s. Initially a castle, it has a rich history, having been owned by notable figures including King Charles VIII of Sweden and the Gyllenstierna family for nearly 250 years. The current structure, built in the 18th century, features a two-story main building with distinct architectural elements designed by Carl Hårleman and Jean Eric Rehn. Visitors can explore the ruins of the original castle nearby, which was destroyed during the Dacke War in 1542, adding to the site's historical allure.
