Neil P. Anderson Building

The Neil P. Anderson Building, an 11-story historic structure in Fort Worth, Texas, was completed in 1921 and originally served as a cotton exchange. Designed by the architectural firm Sanguinet & Staats, it faced demolition in 1977 but was saved by a group of investors. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 and later transformed into luxury condominiums in 2004, now known as the Neil P. at Burnett Park. This site offers a glimpse into the rich history of Fort Worth's commercial development.
