Seward Park old-growth forest and waterfront loop

Seward Park is a roughly 300-acre city park on a Lake Washington peninsula that contains a remnant old-growth forest with trees that are several centuries old. The park features a popular 2.4-mile loop trail around the peninsula, shoreline access, and facilities used regularly by local walkers, birdwatchers, and recreational clubs. Seward Park is managed by Seattle Parks and Recreation and hosts community programs and events.
