Dupont Underground - former streetcar station turned arts space

The Dupont Underground occupies a decommissioned 1940s streetcar station beneath Dupont Circle that was redeveloped into an arts and event space. The subterranean galleries and tunnels host pop-up exhibitions, performances, and community events but are accessed through limited street-level entrances and scheduled programs. Its below-grade location and intermittent public programming mean the space is easy to miss unless an event is listed.
