The Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes and Gondolas

The Venetian Resort features the Grand Canal Shoppes, an indoor canal system with electrically powered gondolas and singing gondoliers that transport visitors through replicated Venetian-style architecture. The resort opened in 1999 and the canal rides are offered both indoors and on an outdoor stretch that faces the Strip.
