Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal – maritime cargo smuggling investigations

The Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal, operated by the Port of San Diego, is a major container and roll-on/roll-off cargo facility that has been the site of law enforcement inspections, seizures of contraband, and investigations into smuggling.
