Watson Fothergill's Offices

Watson Fothergill's office, a Grade II listed building located on George Street in Nottingham, England, was constructed in 1895 following the relocation of businesses due to the Great Central Railway's arrival. The building is notable for its striking facade, which features a statue of a medieval architect and busts of prominent architects Augustus Pugin and George Edmund Street, along with inscriptions of the names of renowned architects like George Gilbert Scott, William Burges, and Richard Norman Shaw. Although it was put up for sale in 2011, it did not meet its reserve price. The building suffered damage from a truck in 2015 but was fully restored by early 2018, making it a point of interest for both tourists and architectural researchers.
