Prospettiva di Corso Giovecca, Ferrara

The Prospettiva di Corso Giovecca, also known as Arcoche, is a picturesque arch located at the end of Corso Giovecca in Ferrara, Italy. Designed by Francesco Mazzarelli and constructed between 1703 and 1704, this brick arch features three main arches adorned with marble heraldic shields. In the 20th century, two additional narrow openings were added to accommodate road widening. Although the original decorative spires were removed following the 2012 earthquake, the arch remains a significant landmark, offering a glimpse into the region's architectural history.
