Hall of Waters

The Hall of Waters, located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, is a historic building that once served as a mineral water health resort in the late 19th century. Designed by the architectural firm Keene & Simpson and completed in 1937, this Art Deco structure features a striking 30-foot decorative boiler stack tower. It is notable for being the site of the first spring discovered in the area and has been recognized for its historical significance, being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Today, it functions as the city hall and includes a visitor center, making it a point of interest for tourists and researchers alike, especially given its recent designation as one of America's most endangered historic places.
