Renick Farm (South Bloomfield, Ohio)

Renick Farm is a historic farmstead located near South Bloomfield, Ohio, featuring six well-preserved buildings dating back to 1830. Originally purchased by Edward Williams in 1820, the property was expanded by Joseph Renick, showcasing a blend of Greek Revival and Italianate architectural styles. Notable features include two spiral staircases and an ornate cornice. The farm has remained in the Renick family, with its architecture recognized as one of the best examples of rural nineteenth-century design in Pickaway County. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, although the main farmhouse was demolished in 2016.
