The Hotel President, also known as the Park Towers Apartments, is a historic building in downtown Waterloo, Iowa, completed in 1929 as a showcase hotel. It played a significant role in the history of professional wrestling, being the founding site of the National Wrestling Alliance in 1948. The hotel has undergone various ownership changes, becoming subsidized housing in 1968 and undergoing a $12 million renovation in 2015.
