Denver International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower

The air traffic control tower at Denver International Airport oversees arrivals, departures and ground movement for DIA, which opened in 1995. Staffed by FAA air traffic controllers, the tower contains radar, radio and visual surveillance equipment used to monitor the airport and surrounding airspace. Denver International Airport is the largest airport in the United States by land area, and the tower is the primary facility for on-site aircraft surveillance and traffic sequencing.
