Batam City Condominium (BCC) is a striking high-rise building located in Lubuk Baja, Batam, Indonesia. Standing at 128 meters (420 feet) tall, it was completed in 2011 and became the tallest building in Batam and the Sumatra region at that time. The condominium features 28 floors and is built on a 4,000 square meter site, utilizing 4,500 tons of iron for its structure. BCC offers a mix of accommodations, including 152 hotel rooms and 123 apartment units, catering to both short and long-term guests. The building is equipped with a centralized air conditioning system and a backup electric generator, ensuring comfort and convenience for its residents and visitors.
