Curzon Hall

Curzon Hall is a historic building in Dhaka, Bangladesh, originally intended as a town hall and named after Lord Curzon, the Viceroy of India who laid its foundation stone in 1904. It became part of the University of Dhaka in 1921, serving as the Faculty of Sciences. The building showcases a unique architectural style that blends European and Mughal elements, making it a notable example of Dhaka's heritage. It has played a significant role in the Bengali language movement and houses the university's Botanical Garden, providing a rich environment for both education and research.
