The Bay Lights LED installation on the Bay Bridge

The Bay Lights is an LED light sculpture by Leo Villareal installed on the western span of the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge. It was first illuminated on March 5, 2013 as a temporary two-year installation. After fundraising and upgrades the work was reinstalled in a permanent form and relit in 2016. The installation is prominently visible from the Embarcadero and the Ferry Building.
