Tsing Yi Municipal Services Building

The Tsing Yi Municipal Services Building, also known as Tsing Yi Complex, is a multi-purpose facility located on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. Completed in March 1999 at a cost of HK$292 million, it features a public library, an indoor recreation center with sports facilities, and a market. The building, designed by the Architectural Services Department and Andrew Ng Architects Limited, has received recognition for its architectural merit.
