Meditation Chapel

The Meditation Chapel, situated in Memory Grove Park in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a serene monument dedicated to the memory of those who lost their lives in World War II, particularly the son of its creators, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Beason, who built it in 1948. This beautiful structure features elegant Georgian marble, a distinctive copper roof, and intricate bronze doors. In 1999, the chapel's stained glass windows were restored by the Memory Grove Foundation, an effort that earned them a prestigious Utah Heritage Foundation Heritage Award, making it a noteworthy site for both tourists and researchers interested in history and architecture.
