Fort Worth Botanic Garden

Fort Worth Botanic Garden opened in 1934 and is the oldest major botanic garden in Texas. It occupies over 110 acres in Fort Worth's Cultural District and includes specialty collections such as the Fort Worth Japanese Garden. Many original plantings and garden structures date to the 1930s, reflecting the garden's long role as public green-space infrastructure in the city.
