Lillienhoff Palace

Lillienhoff Palace, located on Medborgarplatsen in Södermalm, Stockholm, is a historical building with roots dating back to 1668-1670. Originally built by merchant Joachim Pötter, who was ennobled as Lillienhoff, the palace showcases Dutch baroque architectural motifs. It served various purposes over the centuries, including as the British embassy and a poor house, before being acquired by the City of Stockholm. Today, it houses the popular Snaps restaurant, offices, and residential apartments, while also featuring a vibrant nightlife scene in its underground lounge.
