Kilachand Hall

Kilachand Hall, located at Boston University, is a historic dormitory that was originally built in 1923 as the Sheraton Hotel. It features unique four- and five-person suites, some with private bathrooms, and offers stunning views of Cambridge, the Charles River, and Fenway Park from its ninth-floor study lounge. The building has a rich history, having transitioned from a residential hotel to a girls-only dormitory named Shelton Hall, where notable figures like playwright Eugene O'Neill once resided. Renamed in 2013 to honor the Kilachand Honors College, it continues to serve as a vibrant living space for students, complete with modern amenities and a connection to its storied past.
