Beersheba Theater

The Beersheba Theater, established in Beersheba, Israel, has a rich history dating back to its founding by actresses Naomi Blumenthal and Margalit Stander. Initially facing challenges such as budget constraints and a lack of space, the theater evolved into a professional repertoire venue under the direction of Geri Bilu. Today, it hosts five to seven original and classical plays each season, featuring a diverse range of performances including children's theater and collaborations with independent artists. The theater is located in the Performing Arts Center of Beersheba, which also accommodates the Beersheba Symphony Orchestra, making it a cultural hub for both locals and visitors.
