Park Street Church

Founded in 1809, Park Street Church overlooks Boston Common and is a designated stop on the Freedom Trail. Its prominent steeple dominated the Boston skyline for much of the 19th century and served as a local landmark. The congregation has a long history of involvement in social causes and revivalist movements in the 19th century.
